Responsibilities will include:
- Assist the moving team with coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Book flights with cargo or passenger airlines through email, phone, or internet.
- Generate and print shipping documents.
- Prepare certificates for domestic and international travel.
- Assist the intake specialists and provide support as needed.
- Communicate between internal teams through phone or email.
- Create documents for both internal use and client distribution.
- Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
- 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Use of a multi-line phone system.
- Experience performing data entry.
- Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Efficient multitasker – great with time management and follow-through.
