Job description
This position will perform clerical duties under general supervision at C-2 Utility’s area office in Portland, Oregon. To be successful in this position the ability to work independently, effectively, and provide administrative support in a wide variety of areas is needed. Our atmosphere is business casual, fun working environments, and focuses on excellent customer service. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry- Be proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word)
- Process subcontractor invoices
- Create billing spreadsheets
- Process As-Builts
1 or more years of clerical or data entry experience highly preferred- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks by the deadlines set
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer Service - Be courteous and polite with customers and homeowners
- Dependability - Follow instructions, respond to management directions; take responsibility for own actions
- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time
- Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Complete work in a timely manner; Strive to increase productivity.
