Hillebrand has joined the DHL family of companies and is combining forces with Giorgio Gori and serving as experts for logistics of beers, wine, and spirits under one brand, Hillebrand GORI, a DHL Company.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

You will be a part of our global logistics operations team ensuring all our customer orders are efficiently and effectively invoiced through our systems.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely accrual of all costs on files
• Preparation of vendor invoices
• Preparation of customer invoices
• Timely escalation to Invoicing Supervisor when necessary
• Develop strong relationships with customers that result in payments to terms
• Liaising with counterparts in other JF Hillebrand offices to ensure proper payment application and address any queries on individual accounts
• Provide the customer with copies of missing invoices
• Answer customer questions about statements
• Ensure systems are updated to reflect present Invoicing Contact for each customer

KEY SKILLS:

You enjoy working in a customer-facing environment and have the ability to work with diverse groups of people. Challenging work excites you. You like to plan all your work ahead of time and can efficiently manage multiple tasks. You have a can-do approach towards everything you begin, and you are often the person who takes initiative on the team. You are comfortable working on a computer system and can solve problems with ease. You have customer service experience previously.

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and/or transportation (imports and/or exports) a plus.
