We at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bradenton Riverfront believe heartfelt, customer service make people's lives better. Especially the people who work here. We are one of the top hotels in Bradenton, FL located on Manatee River.

We are Marriott with a lobby bar and bistro menu. We also host smaller scale functions in our meeting spaces that can include banquet buffets.

We are looking for an enthusiastic (Bistro Attendant) server/bartender to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. This is a Full-time AM position. Bistro attendants will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. Great Menu! with a variety of cocktails and wines. Start time 6am to noon ish/ 6 days a week. $15.00 an hour PLUS TIPS!!!

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages/cocktail drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Plan and present bistro menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Assist with Bussing/Cleaning, clearing/wiping down tables and counter. Transfers full dish tubs.

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a server and bistro bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bistro organized, stocked and clean
