Title of Position- Bistro Manager

Job Description: Our Bistro Manager will be accountable for all daily functions of the restaurant. Solid leadership and communication skills are vital for being our successful Bistro Manager. Ensuring compliance with all company and health department standards will be a top priority of the Bistro Manager as well. Additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and developing team members in addition to ensuring awareness of new menu items and procedures. As a Bistro Manager you are expected to lead by example and create a welcoming and professional environment for our personnel and residents. Resident satisfaction as well as restaurant safety and security will be maintained by the Bistro Manager at all times. The Bistro Manager will be in charge of credit card receipts, direct billing/receipt reconciliation, special event and marketing flyers. The Bistro manager will need to work well with all members of the community to uphold our vision and values.

Qualifications:

• The Bistro Manager must act with honesty and integrity and all times

• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Bistro Manager

• Dealing with stress effectively and having face to face interactions with residents is a must for the Bistro Manager

• The Bistro Manager must be able to lift/move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally move carts weighing up to 50 pounds

• The Bistro Manager is preferred to have 3+ years in the restaurant industry
