Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a BCaBA full-time to join our team. You are a candidate that will be motivated and potentially looking to transition to a regional director or management role.
This position will start as a hybrid position with the main responsibility being:
- Assisting in creating training program for oncoming RBTs
- Conducting classroom trainings (Terminology, Role Play, Orientation)
- Scheduling and coordinating shadowing sessions
- Tracking RBTs' training progress
- Tracking staffed RBTs experience hours and Assisting with helping them get unrestricted hours (can utilize RBTs to help with many responsibilities)
- Interviewing new Staff
- Organizing RBT study sessions
- RBT competency assessments
Other responsibilities:
- Conducting Vineland Assessments for new clients
- SOAP note audits
- 15 Hrs direct billable (Supervision and Caregiver training)
Over time, as the company grows, the training role will grow, and other responsibilities will be assigned to other staff members
The position is a full-time position at our therapy center in Pembroke Pines. PTO available. $40,000 - $55,000 to start (based on experience).
