Momentum is looking for a talented and dynamic BCBA to join our growing team of professionals who serve individuals with autism and related disabilities. Must be skilled and passionate! Full-time positions available with a flexible schedule. Services are provided in various environments including the client's home, school, and/or clinic setting. Office/clinic is located in Greenville, RI, however Momentum provides services all over the state for school and in-home services.

Job Description: The Behavior Analyst conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, reviews data, monitors and evaluates progress, provides parent training and supervises the Behavior Technician/Lead Therapist. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for attending all meetings and appointments pertaining to their child on their caseload for continuity of care. The Behavior Analyst must maintain open communication with outside providers relating to caseload and report to the Executive Director as needed. Must be flexible to work in a variety of settings, adapt to different environments and provide treatment in multiple settings.

Qualifications:

• Nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA or BCBA-D
• Licensed as an Applied Behavior Analyst in Rhode Island (LBA)
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing ABA services
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and punctual
• Professional with excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Complete RI State Background Check (must present clean BCI)
• Obtain valid driver's license and insured/registered vehicle
