Job description

We are currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals. The selected candidate will work closely with the executive team to define and implement our behavioral intervention plans, and will provide direct treatment to children while also teaching skills to parents and teachers. The ideal candidate has experience working with a variety of behavior diagnoses, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as experience with age-appropriate treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Use verbal and nonverbal communication skills when interacting with families and professionals.
• Interpret and analyze documentation related to client history.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Identify multiple factors that affect behavior.
• Supervise the implementation of treatment plans.
• Design treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Pay: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour
