Job Summary: The role of Bonfire Attendant is responsible for providing an enjoyable guest experience by preparing and hosting a welcoming bonfire event while remaining inside of safety regulations and company procedures.

Full time team members are eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment. These Florida Blue benefits include a traditional PPO plan with co-payments, a high deductible PPO plan with a Health Savings Account (H.S.A.), or an HMO (Health Managed Organization). There are two dental plans through MetLife; one with traditional coverage and one with orthodontic coverage. Our vision plan is through EyeMed. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the needed materials for the bonfire
• Prepare the bonfire
• Prepare chairs and food and beverage tables
• Load coolers with alcohol, beverages, and food
• Transport and display beverages and food items
• Provide towels services upon request
• Light the needed torches
• Serve each and every guest with exceptional customer service
• Provide guests with a memorable experience
• Ensure the bonfire is prepared and executed within the limitations of safety regulations
• Properly store equipment after use
• Answer guest inquiries
• Assist with any reasonable request or needed accommodation
• Perform first aid services or inquire for additional emergency help when needed
• All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• CPR/ First Aid certified (may obtain after employment)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Detail oriented and thorough
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
• Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
• Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant friendly way
• Ability to retain and follow safety procedures
• Ability to communicate and socialize with guests
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of proper fire starting and extinguishing operations

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 60lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor
• Possible exposure to extreme heat or cold depending on season
• Exposure to contained open flames
