Job description
Looking for a bookkeeper to help maintain a restaurant in Clifton Park using Quickbooks and maintaining accuracy in all record keeping.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 25 or older.
- Have at least five years restaurant experience.
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to communicate with both front and back of the house.
- Must be able to handle all bookkeeping for inventory, sales. payroll, filing, accounts payable/receivable, and tax accountability with accountant.
- Maintain updated reports on insurances, permits and licensing due dates and upkeep responses.
- Keeping end of day reports logged and filed and communicating with all management.
The restaurant is called The Painted Lemon and is newly established in the Clifton Park area. It is a mom/pop shop, not a restaurant chain although we have another location in Sherman CT. In CT we were voted one of the 10 best ten Italian restaurant establishments in the last two years according to Connecticut Magazine.
