Bookkeeper

Full time bookkeeping position with CPA firm. Applicant should possess a minimum iof 3 years bookkeeping experience including payroll, and sales tax returns, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Entry and Reconciliation of Bank and Credit Card Statements
• Preparation of Monthly Sales Tax Returns
• Preparation of Quarterly Payroll Returns
• Payroll Processing
• Preparation and Review of Monthly Financial Statements
• Review and Organization of Client Tax Files

Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Ability to Work Well with Others
• Accounting Experience Preferred (3 years minimum)
• Accounting Degree (Not Required)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding Customer Service with the ability to communicate with Clients
• Problem Solver with the willingness to research, develop and learn
