What we need from YOU:

Job Responsibilities

• Take, prepare and serve all beverages and/or food orders placed by guests
• Welcome each guest personally
• Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
• Remove dishes from bowling lanes and wash them in the kitchen
• Process payment transactions thanking guest by name
• Maintain, on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of the bowling areas
• Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by park management
• Must be detail oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional service
• Anticipate guest's needs. Be alert of guest signals and acknowledge the guest

Qualifications

• Must be atleast 16 years old
• Have reliable source of transportation
• Well-groomed and neat appearance
• Good organizational skills
• Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
• Possess patience and persistence when handling children
• The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment
• Availability during nights and weekends, must be available 2 of the 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• Have a food handlers permit
• Have the ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card processors
• Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change
• Be a self-motivated, and able to keep yourself busy
• Have fun!
