Location: Greenbelt, MD
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Box Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team and support the OSAM-1 REU subsystem's electrical integration and test of robot electronics. This is a full-time position that requires 10yrs flight electronics mechanism electronics preferred experience preferred, however, more junior may be acceptable.
Experience:
- 10yrs flight electronics mechanism electronics preferred experience preferred, however, more junior may be acceptable.
- Familiarity space flight mechanism control electronics box requirements, build, interfaces, electromechanical control development and qualification. GEVS, verification, validation, and qualification, derating.
- Analog circuit design, analog-to-digital conversion, digital-to-analog conversion, modeling, simulation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Brushless DC motor drive, sensors, Worst-case Analysis, EEE Part stress analysis, Motor Control system and electronics background, requirements, verification.
