Brand Ambassador for IRVINS Famous Snacks

ABOUT US: IRVINS, Singapore’s famously addictive snack, (beloved by Cardi B, David Chang, and foodies all around the world), is opening its first standalone store in the US! We are looking for Store Sales Associates who love snacks!

We have a number of events throughout the LA area that need staffing, starting with our Holiday Pop Up Shop in the Westfield Century City.

HOURS: Flexible. 20 to 40 hours per week. Pop Up Shop hours are between 10am to 9pm, 7 days a week. This role is part time or full time, and paid hourly as a contractor. Preference will be given to those who can offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.

TERM: November 1 until February 1 (3 month SEASONAL, with option to extend beyond February)

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA - Century City

REPORTS TO: Brand Director

REQUIRED:
-A strong understanding of food and flavors - you should love snacks and be able to explain what makes IRVINS so delicious and delightful!
-A natural service orientation, you are someone who enjoys “helping” customers and partners
-Experience in retail sales, 1-2 years minimum
-Strong grasp of social media desired but not essential (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
-Availability during our store hours: Store hours are between 10am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Multiple shift options available. You can work part time or full time.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Pop Up Store opening and closing duties
-Educate and assist customers
-Organize and maintain merchandise displays
-Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
-Perform sales transactions, upselling of merchandises and cashier duties
-Process product exchange and refund transactions and advise customers accordingly
-Assist with stock inventory management, stocks check, stocks availability and damaged stocks
-Handle crowd control management during peak periods
-Be a Brand Ambassador and at all times while portraying a professional and customer-oriented image
