Compensation:
- Based on this position and the requirements we are offering a salary range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute brand marketing campaigns that are representative of the unique and innovative offerings of all consumer-packaged goods for the Asprey Group of companies. You will create and execute strategies for brand growth, oversee campaign operations and work in collaboration with the appropriate internal, external, and cross-functional teams. The Brand Marketing Manager excels not only in planning but in doing and is passionate about our brand's success and goals as a company.

The Brand Marketing Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop marketing strategy and brands across multiple platforms
- Produce ideas for campaigns, promotional events, or activities and organize them efficiently so that they may be executed across the portfolio of consumer-packaged goods
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, branding, and launching of new product lines, etc.
- Produce and maintain an annual marketing plan for all consumer-packaged goods
- Produce and oversee valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company's publications
- Work with shared services to develop brand marketing strategies and plans for new and existing consumer packaged goods
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
- Oversee marketing campaign budgets
- Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects
- Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
- Speak passionately and knowledgeably about all brands
- Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Regularly identify opportunities, and suggest strategies to achieve growth
- Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to develop a superior brand and shopping experience for customers
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns online such as contests or giveaways
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies
- Evaluate website design and facilitate plans for ongoing improvements
- Initiate and present market research studies to senior leadership

Experience':
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g. Marketing)
- 3 - 5 years experience of Brand Marketing Management level experience, preferably in the health, nutrition, wellness, or boutique fitness industry
- Expertise in Brand Marketing consumer packaged goods
- Proficient with: MS Office, WordPress, HTML, and In Design
- Startup experience is helpful AKA working in a "wild west" or "get 'er done" culture, but much nicer than Beth on Yellowstone.
- Experience driving direct marketing innovation with clear results in customer acquisition, retention, and sales
