Job description

Breakfast Attendant will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner. You should also be able to address customers' queries and complaints in a timely manner. You will perform opening duties to prepare for service and closing duties at the end of your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets
• Ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times
• maintaining clean premises
• Greeting guests and clearing tables
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding people skills
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Proficient time-management skills

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents
• Attention to detail
• Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
