Fast-growing bridal store located in Westerly, RI is currently seeking a bridal sales consultant and social media manager with an outgoing, positive, and energetic personality. Must have a few years of sales experience, the bridal industry is preferred. Must have experience managing social media channels for a personal brand or retail store.

We are looking for an employee who has a passion for the bridal business, enjoy working with people, and have a good fashion sense. If you have a flair for fashion and the know-how to style outfits to flatter all body types, we’d like to meet you. The stylist is responsible for providing a great customer experience! Our team is very "relationship-focused" and thus, the candidate should excel at being approachable, personable, collaborative, and trustworthy towards our clients and teams. This employee will also handle our social media, facebook, instagram, tik tok etc. You will work closely with the owner of the shop to develop and implement a social media strategy. This part of the job will be during the week with flexible hours 5-10 hours a week and working on the sales floor on Saturday's

Responsibilities:

-Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals individually and as a member of a team

- Exhibit the highest level of customer service

-Demonstrate excellent communication skills

-Maintaining excellent visual appearance and cleanliness of store to company standards.

-Be hardworking, self-motivated, committed, and reliable

-Assist with front desk activities

-Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

-Be well presented and maintain a professional demeanor

-Be responsible for the social media presence with help from the store owner

- Able to learn business basics quickly

-Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Consultants are paid base salary with the opportunity to make tips. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and help grow the business and will have the opportunity to increase salary as you grow with the company

Position is part time 10-15 hours a week with the opportunity to grow
