Job Title: Builder Account Manager
Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI (Hybird)
Salary: $75,000-$150,000

Located in Bloomfield Hills, MI and founded in 1946, we are a highly experienced flooring installation provider in the Greater Metro Detroit area that specializes in new construction with an emphasis on flooring. During our 75 year tenure, we have become the largest flooring retailer in Michigan and are in need of a Builder Account Manager with a strong background in flooring and business development.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Builder Account Manager, you will be responsible for business development, building and managing long-term relationships, and providing estimating and bidding for a variety of projects including, new home builds, multi-family construction, and commercial construction.

What You Need for this Position

At least 1 year of experience with the following:
  • Flooring
  • Construction sales and/or Account Management
  • Knowledge of RFMS or CAD
  • Ability to prospect and maintain new business throughout the Metro area
