Building Designer/ Engineer in Training (EIT) – Cleary Building Corp., Verona WI

Responsibilities

• Work with a licensed Engineer to design Cleary buildings.
• Design for cost, constructability, code compliance, and function.
• Prepare building Calculations for Engineer’s review.
• Oversee the preparation of building plans.
• Resolve issues with Sales, Field, and Clients.
• Onsite opportunity located in Verona, WI. This position is salaried working the standard hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Qualifications:

• This is an entry level position. Recent, or soon to be graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABET accredited Engineering program in Civil or Agricultural Engineering.
• Structural emphasis desired.
• Construction knowledge or experience desired.
• EIT certification desired.
• AutoCAD knowledge desired.
• M.S. Word & Excel or similar software knowledge desired.
• Structural engineering software knowledge desired.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel. Driver’s license required.
