ProFi Facility Maintenance is looking for an experienced handyman. Over the last 10 years, we have provided commercial properties and businesses throughout South Florida with quality craftsmanship for all their repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects; both large and small. Our multi-skilled professionals specialize in everything from basic repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, and installation tasks -- to moderate-sized projects like door, window, flooring, tiling, and room updates. We are looking for energetic individuals who have the following criteria:

Requirements:

• Individual must have a minimum of 2 years maintaining commercial properties such as: office buildings, shopping plazas, apartment or condominium complex
• Investigate possible problems, manage solutions accordingly, and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot AC systems
• Familiarity with fire alarm panels
• Electrical Proficiency (switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts, emergency ballasts, knowledge of LED conversion, change fuses ,read panels, familiar with timers and photocells)
• Plumbing repair (snake drains ,replace fixtures, solder pipes)
• Drywall Repair
• Light carpentry (replace tile/remove carpet)
• Work individually or as a team when necessary
• Maintain professionalism towards all clients and staff
• Strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass drug screen and clean driving record

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Commercial Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
