ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage building from acceptance of Lease / Deed to Grand Opening

• Accept keys from the building and does the initial inspection

• Manage setup of security cameras and determines if onsite security is necessary

• Establish relationship with Colliers and is point of contact for property

• Be responsible for working with the Finance department and execution of the property management budget for all facilities including:

o Utility bills

▪ Water

▪ Electricity

▪ Gas

▪ Landscaping

▪ Snowplowing (Winter seasons)

• Monitor the building for maintenance / upkeep / security

• Track building health through Property Management Software plus all of the current property Management tasks that are associated with Non Operational buildings

• Travel when necessary

• Pay for travel expenses with a personal credit card prior to travel, with reimbursement to follow

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5 years of experience in property management (preferred)

• Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues (strongly preferred)

• Committed to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
