This is a remote position.

• Must be proficient in taking client calls.

• Accountable for Sales and Business proposals.

• Accountable to review the statement of the understanding document and user requirement specification document, system requirement specification document, and capturing the information from calls and meetings.

• Accountable to understand the technology involved in every project.

• Accountable to understand the project requirements, writing a scope of work documents with technical solutions.

• Accountable to create the detailed business requirement documents and translate them into functional specifications.

• Develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company.

• Accountable for preparing User Stories and other project artifacts and presenting them to the internal and external stakeholders for approval.

• Candidates must have experience in Jira & Confluence.

• Act as a liaison between client & development team with proper communication throughout the project.

• Coordinating with the Technical Team to ensure the project is delivered in time and with acceptable quality.

Requirements

Qualification:

• Should be a graduate / post-graduate.

• BE/B.Tech/MBA will be preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to understand product requirements and business problems and come up with technical solutions.

• Ability to present technical project solutions to an audience like - Senior Business Analyst, US/GCC Based Clients, Client interaction, Sales, Client communication,

• Have a good technical understanding of emerging technologies.

• Ability to create High-level product diagrams, a Process Flow diagram

• Experience in creating BRD, FSD, SRS, User Stories, User Manuals, Wireframes, and Prototypes

• Experience in technical proposals, requirements capture, and analysis, feasibility studies, gap analysis, change management, and Functional Design.

• The candidate should have a relevant minimum of 3 years of experience.

• The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The candidate must have experience in handling international clients.

• Experience with Customer Software Development Service Company will be an added advantage.

• Experience with Blockchain will be an added advantage.
