Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst, onsite in Malvern, PA.

What will you be doing in this role:

  • Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools with significant experience in project deliverables including the ability to:
  • Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options
  • Experience with various data sources, integration mechanisms and security and best practices for commercial systems and related technologies
  • Create effective MS Dynamics dashboards, reports, and applications utilizing best practices
  • Design, develop and deploy Enterprise BI solutions that leverage common data architecture and data optimization approaches
  • Strong understanding of CRM, B2B/B2C, marketing systems and other digital tools will serve as an advantage

What experience do you need to have to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or similar area of study, and minimum 3 years previous experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating project plans and writing technical requirements
  • Project Management experience is a nice to have
  • Experience in data modeling, designing data warehouses/data marts and reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics solutions Skills & Requirements
  • Experience in a lead role engaging with key business stakeholders to deliver large scale analytics solutions and projects a plus
