Ability to function independently by following establishing policies, procedures, and practices when handling questions, problems and challenges presented by customers. Ability to flexibly manage workflow operations to meet or exceed SLAs and customer needs and expectations. Ability to make decisions independently and to communicate effectively to peers and management. Manage and report time spent on all work activities. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in financial management processes and tools including SIGMA Financial (or equivalent), MS Excel, SharePoint.
Skills Requirements:

o SIGMA or equivalent financial software - 3 years
o Proficient in SharePoint - 3 years
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel – 3 years
o Data Entry– 3-5 years
o Quoting and order creation – 1 year
o Invoice validation, approvals, and tracking – 1 year
· Desired
o Review government contracts – 1 year
Government experience – 1 year
