Detailed Job Description:
This dynamic, high-energy individual will provide strategic support for CSC Sales Job Family. They will partner with Sales Leadership to promote continuous improvement and drive the business forward. This individual will act as liaison between Sales leadership and various internal and external partners at all levels to support the CSC sales segment and to promote continuous improvement. They will lead cross segment projects designed to improve the colleague and customer experience as well as identifying key stakeholders to ensure a successful execution strategy. This role will also require the individual to gather, analyze, create and present data driven stories on behalf of sales leadership across multiple business segments.
Customer Solution Center Sales Support and Liaison
- Maintain and update line of business risk and compliance, colleague development and additional procedural project plans.
- Lead and execute on sales training initiatives or projects as needed
- Create and deliver presentations to internal Sales partners as well as external HNB partners
- Share upcoming initiatives and projects with Sales leadership to ensure awareness and align internal execution strategy
- Gather, analyze, create and present data driven stories utilizing MAX, eGain and Tableau reporting as well as working with CSC reporting team partners and other various CSC reports
- Identify key stakeholders and partners for specific projects
- Drive positive working relationships through internal and external partnerships to CSC
- Lead and attend partnership meetings to ensure execution of initiatives are aligned with the LOB business strategy
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of experience developing and facilitating training material
- 1 or more years of experience in Sales
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail banking experience
- Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and accountable
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Ability to successfully develop presentations using data analytics on assigned topics to senior leadership
- Must exhibit strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple logistic tasks simultaneously
- Ability to create and document standard operating procedures
- An advanced level of professionalism
- Ability to work well and thrive within a team environment
- Ability to work with multiple partners and influence change
