General Job Description

As a BDC Rep, you will be our brand ambassador by working with our customers via phone, email, or text and building a rapport with new customers! The job also includes working overdue activities within the CRM, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining positive relationships with our customers, and keeping them informed of upcoming events and deals within the dealership! The BDC Rep is vital to the success of our dealership, and we value him/her as such!

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Previous proven sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour
