Who is Pisano Looking For?
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience in sales or/and business development by creating long-term partnership relations in Omni Channel Marketing and Customer Experience industry, Telco/Call Center & IT sectors.
We wish our successful Business Development Manager to be responsible for identifying and developing new business and partnership opportunities in EMEA region and be unique in the way their approach for future clients, as well as becoming a trusted and best-in-class partner. The successful candidate will develop long-term partnership relations and be responsible for developing both partners and sales opportunities together with partners.
What Does Pisano Expect from You?
We expect you, our ideal Business Development Manager, to
- Navigate large corporate organizations, network, and sell to multiple buyers within varied layers of an organization
- Create strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior leaders who can help you navigate matrixed organizations
- Lead an account management cluster for assigned partners and alliances.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, presales, and Business Development Representatives to build a funnel for new business opportunities and to resolve issues faced by partners.
- Gather market intelligence, share with relevant areas, and identify implications for key potential partners and alliances to ensure appropriate measures are taken to redress
- Proactively communicate relevant information to various other areas to ensure they have the necessary understanding to make decisions
- Maintain easy, quick, and high-quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a swift and client centric manner
- Negotiate, prepare, and issue documentation within agreed timeframes and to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties
What Skills & Qualifications Do You Need?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- More than 8 years of Business & Partner & Channel Development or Sales experience
- Have a strong experience in multi-geography (EMEA & CIS) operations and SaaS, B2B product or Cloud App sales
- Have a background in Telco/Call Center/IT/ ODC sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
- Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven sales track record and stakeholder management experience
- Highly motivated and innovative individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to continuously meet tight deadlines and service standards
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there are always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
