Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia.

Key responsibility is to generate physical therapy referrals from physicians.
This position includes the following tasks:
- Early on, review Team Rehab’s current list of physicians in the Atlanta area and augment our list with your own set of physician contacts who send large volumes of physical therapy referrals. These would include: orthopedic surgeons; physiatrists/PM&R; family practice physicians; internists; and neurologists.
- Make 12-15 sales calls a day to the physicians on the updated list.
- Arrange physician office lunches in order to (1) gain more face time with the decision makers, (2) promote Team Rehab’s services, and (3) introduce them to our therapists.
- Organize and implement a wide range of other networking events with physicians for the purpose of promoting Team Rehab’s services and introducing them to our therapists.
- Promote the advantages of using Team Rehab’s services based upon our documented outcomes, communication with physicians, patient satisfaction, speed in getting patients into treatment, PT ownership of their clinics, and other services such as transportation.
- Ensure quick and accurate communication with the referring physician, as needed, regarding a patient’s progress.
- Previous experience selling services into the medical field. Preference will be given to those who have sold physical therapy services or orthopedic medical devices.
- Possessing an excellent set of referrals sources within physician practices such as: orthopedic surgeons, family practices, internists and neurologists.
- The ability to work in a highly cooperative manner with our Clinic Directors as well as other members of the marketing team.
