(SFS, Inc.) offers a highly diverse set of financing products and solutions including equipment leasing, corporate lending, real estate finance and project finance. We are looking for a Business Excellence Professional to work alongside with our business and technology teams. You will partner together with business and leadership teams to develop an agenda and execute on the deliverables to drive efficiencies through data utilization, workflow, and process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Create or assist in the strategy, guidelines and procedures related to Business Excellence for the PS AM Siemens Financial services, Inc.
• Work with key operations stakeholders to develop long and short-long term initiatives and strategies incorporating LEAN, Agile, and other futuristic technology practices to build a continuous improvement environment/culture to support an ongoing program of change.
• Drive the creation, implementation, or adoption of Business Excellence proof of concepts, business cases, guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in the definition and controlling of appropriate KPIs and improvement targets together with management and functions.
• Sets up, coordinates, and ensures implementation of comprehensive business improvement programs in line with overall business excellence strategy and targets.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the financial field, either as a full-time employee or within a financial leadership programs
• Strong preference towards candidates with automation and digitalization experience.
• Bachelor or equivalent international degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• Strong desire and drive to develop into future Business Excellence roles.
• Drive adoption of modern digital tools (robotics, workflow Tableau, and Knime)
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation, Agile Project management, and Continuous Improvement topics is highly preferred.
• Ability to drive alignment on change management strategies and innovation technologies.
• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
