Provides security services on company premises.
Responsible for security in a specified facility or region. Conduct theft investigations. Provide security for sensitive exit interviews. Act as liaison between company and law enforcement agency. Implement corporate security policies and procedures. May be responsible for managing contract guard personnel.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will manage quality outcomes for internal business processes. You will manage a team responsible for delivering operational business process outcomes. As a member of this team, you will direct and manage operational processes, including data management, documentation, and communication steps. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership-relevant and timely status updates and insights to effectively execute business priorities. This includes managing the maintenance of content sites and repositories to support business processes, including wikis, knowledge databases, and other content vehicles. In addition, you will recommend improvements to operations management systems and processes to accommodate rapid and increasing growth and volume as well as support annual operational planning and budgeting processes.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year of business operations work experience
- At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of Power BI work experience
Expectations
- Must reside in or around the Kansas City area
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position

California Pay Range: from $26.59 to $51.73 per hour; from $55,300 to $107,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.10 to $46.59 per hour; from $52,200 to $96,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $25.10 to $49.18 per hour; from $52,200 to $102,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $28.08 to $49.18 per hour; from $58,400 to $102,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
