Position: Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a fast paced home care office.

Responsibilities include :

1. Managing operations via EMR software

2. Manage scheduling, payroll, customer service teams

3. Work with clinical supervisors to identify & develop processes for clinical field staff

4. Manage client relationships and be a Liaison between clients, patients, and clinical and back office staff

5. Monitor business metrics and provide regular reporting of business metrics to VP

6. Identify areas of need and develop improved systems as needed

Requirements

1. BA/BS required

2. 3+ years of health care management experience required ; home care preffered

3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills required.

4. Ability to work independently, strong organizational and problem

solving skills, strong critical analysis and efficient time management skills.

5. Proficiency in managing operations via EMR software or the ability to learn the system

6. Must be able to multi-task

7. Knowledge of Home Care Home Base a plus.

8. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
