Q, LLC is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be the subject matter expert on Oracle Netsuite and the configurations and integrations which are specific to our business. You will analyze current systems and validate data for migration into Netsuite, recommending process improvements in Netsuite while keeping detailed records of process changes. You will follow best practices and align with company goals while creating better procedures and solutions to increase our performance and revenue. Our ideal candidate will be highly analytical and thorough, with the ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders in different areas of our high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. Post-implementation you will be supporting multiple, functional business teams including Accounting, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Compliance, Engineering, and Sales. You will manage, prioritize, and suggest phased - future implementation and project needs, as well as provide ongoing support, reporting on enhancement request, and break-fixes through focused help desk efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze current systems and processes, software and hardware uses and needs
• Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures
• Analyze and evaluate current or proposed business procedures
• Create test strategies, test cases and test scripts, and lead user acceptance test cycles
• Train end-users on applications and tools prior to and after implementation
• Track company systems progress and effectiveness, create metrics.
• Advise on best practices
• Research and compare hardware and software needs to make recommendations which address issues of existing systems
• Recommend new system developments
• Analyze relevant data for presentation to other team members
• Estimate and establish costs of upgrades and improvements
• Compile, write, and distribute system process specifications
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
• Develop saved searches KPIs, reports and dashboards in NetSuite
• Establish internal project and ticket tracking system, providing excellent customer service and reporting on progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, analytical field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of strong ERP experience including Financials (AP, GL, Procurement, Fixed Assets); MRP (Inventory, BOMs, Fulfillment); and Sales (CRM, Forecasting, Order Processing); ideally in a Manufacturing environment
• 3+ years hands-on experience working with and customizing Oracle Netsuite, including implementation and integration experience
• Experience as an ERP systems analyst or administrator, supporting ERP implementation (preferably Oracle Netsuite)
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Excel, particularly as it relates to transitioning spreadsheet-based models and reports into NetSuite reports
• Experience with Web Services, APIs, ODBC and other integration technologies, and managing/monitoring associated costs, a plus.
• Ability to recognize, analyze and solve complex problems
• Ability to define, capture and document business system requirements
• Ability to write test plans and lead business teams through testing cycles
• Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills and all levels.
