RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Alpharetta, GA that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III that works with stakeholders to define and document business process and software requirements for technology initiatives, including online products and business information systems. The Business Systems Analyst will work alongside team members in a fast-paced, fluid, customer-focused engineering team applying technical, analytical, and communication skills to provide system documentations on complex systems. This role will be adding a member to an existing team that is growing. The environment is flexible. The team is distributed, collaborative, and supportive. The skillset of the team is varied and will allow for the new team member to contribute new ideas and solutions while focusing on new technologies surrounding DevOps, CI/CD, scripting, and automation.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field & experience
  • 5+ years of advanced analytics and data work experience, ideally gained in a corporate environment
  • Experience in data visualization tools preferably Power BI
  • Will consider a junior candidate if they demonstrate a strong learning capability
  • Have a demonstrated acumen for working at a very technical level
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages and tools such as Java, Python, XML, SQL, etc.
  • Can read the source code and create functional requirements
  • Strong research and technical analysis skills, including the ability to effectively review, analyze, translate and document business needs into technical and user requirements; Possess knowledge and understanding of business systems development/design and full life cycle application development process
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of project planning/project leadership; Strong organization skills including effectively handling multiple assignments and leading multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively
  • Strong self motivation, business acumen, customer service, consulting and interpersonal/ relationship development skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time required
  • Ability to function within ambiguity and help bring clarity and/or resolution to complex situations/issues
  • Strong oral/written communication skills including presenting ideas and technical/business information and collaborating effectively with personnel at all level including technical and non-technical staff, vendors, clients and various levels of management from various departments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
