Last Call Hospitality Group is the entertainment group behind some of Miami’s favorite bars: Redbar Brickell, Sweet Caroline Karaoke Bar, Tipsy Flamingo Cocktail Bar and Sunset Club Rooftop Bar in Hollywood, Florida. Last Call Hospitality is looking for a busser who can help our staff deliver a pleasant experience for our customers at Sunset Club Rooftop in Hollywood, Florida. Sunset Club is poised to bring good times, great food and delicious drinks by the pool to our customers.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately

• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles

• Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash

• Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory

• Have in-depth menu knowledge and must be able to answer all guest questions with accuracy and tact.

• Handle various impromptu requests from customers and be prepared to offer suggestions when needed.

• Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties

• Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food

• Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations

• Ensure service bar, tables and restrooms are cleaned and well maintained

• Must be able to carry at least 30 lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
