Hometown Coffee & Juice is expanding with a second North Shore location located in Winnetka. We’re looking for friendly, energetic FOH management positions for our growing business.

Duties:
Supervise daily operations for our team

Offer first class hospitality to our customers

Assist the general manager in setting standard of excellence

Manage work schedules

Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff

Developing our growing social media presence

Oversee inventory, labor, and cash-handling

Requirements:
Excellent leadership and comfortable instructing and delegating to team members

Multi-tasking skills and comfortability in fast paced and changing environment

Excellent problem solving skills

Flexible work schedule including nights

Basic computer and math knowledge

Emphasizes punctuality

Open to learning-we’re always experimenting!
