Responsibilities for a Call Center Associate:

• Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling
• Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; discuss the benefits of going solar
• Confirm appointments through outbound calls
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise, post-sale
• Collaborate regularly with different departments and route qualified leads to the Closing team

Qualifications for a Call Center Associate:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver License and transportation
• At least one year of call center experience
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance

• $12.50/hr + production bonus + uncapped commission (paycheck every Friday)
