What will I be doing?
As a Call Center Operations Coordinator, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Create and process reports, identifying and reporting trends
- Enters customer information with speed and accuracy.
- Auditing entries for accuracy
- Communicate with various departments as needed

Remote after 30-60 day training
