Renewal by Andersen is hiring for our Call Center Representative role at our Renton, WA office. The ideal candidate will possess the drive to succeed in a fast paced call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.

This is an in-office role at our Renton, WA headquarters. Pay is $20 hourly PLUS an uncapped bonus averaging $250 to $350 monthly. We provide 3 weeks of paid training to get you started in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology
• Actively make outbound phone calls to customers that have expressed interest in replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen. A successful Agent sells the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant.
• Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments.
• Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls.
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required
• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome
• Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers
• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
