What will I be doing as a Caregiver at Hil?

· Complete ADL’s and personal cares as needed

· Follow all Individual Service Plans for every client

· Monitor health and provide medication administration as needed

· Make and prepare meals following all dietary guidelines

· Light housekeeping

· Interact with clients and de-escalate challenging behaviors

· Engage in fun activies with clients

· All other duties as assigned

What will I be paid?

NEW: $15/16 per hour and $2 dollars more on the weekend!

NEW: $1 Pm Shift Differential M-F between 2-10 p

Referral Bonus Program - $2,000 Bonus, NO LIMITon referrals

What are the open positons?

Full and part time hours available on1st & 2nd Shift!!!

* Every other weekend required and holiday rotation

What do I need to Qualify?

· 18 years or older

· Ability to work with individuals with special needs or willingness to learn

· Communication & Problem-Solving skills

· Managing stressful conditions by maintaining self-composure and self-control

· Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen

· Some positions may require valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
