Yellowstone National Park Lodges operates 5 campgrounds inside Yellowstone National Park. Most of our Campground positions encourage applicants to have their own RV due to limited dormitory housing and distance from housing to campgrounds. Learn more about the Campground department.
The Details
- Wage: $14.25-16.25/hr
- Position Type: Seasonal, Full-time

Season Dates: April 2023 - November 2023

Schedule: 40 hours, 5 days/per week. Night Shift Positions available. May include weekends, evenings and holidays.

- In-park housing provided including Wi-Fi (very limited bandwidth), laundry, and all utilities ($45.74 + tax per two-week pay period)

Camper Services Attendant
- Responsible for providing a clean and sanitary shower and laundry facility for guests and assisting guests with necessary information
- Cashiering duties using a Point of Sales System
- Some supervisory positions available
Campground Attendant
- Responsible for the upkeep of the campground, cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities, and assisting guests with necessary information

Campground Guest Service Agent
- Resolve guest problems skillfully with a willingness and desire to understand a guest’s
viewpoint and to take any necessary steps so that the guest is satisfied when they leave - Document guest problems and/or complaints using correct forms and procedures
- Make, confirm, assist, and cancel reservations, including promoting and selling park activities
- Register guests while receiving and posting proper payment and finalizing guest accounts at
checkout - Some supervisory positions available
- Responsible for day to day campground operations management, scheduling, monitoring payroll, addressing guest and employee concerns, and more
- Computer skills, cash handling, experience with Point of Sale System, communication skills, and accounting skills required
- Previous management experience preferred
- Human relations skills. Must be a "people-person" who thrives on public contact.
- Previous management or supervisory experience (if managerial candidate)
- Communication, sales, cash handling, and computer skills
- Drivers License for driving company vehicles
- Lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time and walking up in down stairs as well as outdoors
