Partner with Business and Technology Continuity Management (BTCM), Business Unit Risk Manager (BURM), and Care Center Managers/process owners to effectively support business continuity and risk mitigation programs and efforts. Act as subject matter expert and single point of contact within Care Center for partners regarding requests for information on risks, controls, issues/findings etc. Coordinate Care Center responses for incidents requiring operational reporting and/or activation of Business Continuity Plan. Maintain record retention in line with enterprise program.*** Position open throughout the Truist Footprint***
Partner with BTCM team and Care Center Managers to support the requirements of the BTCM Program. Ensure high quality and effective Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) are developed for departments and corresponding processes in the Care Center including initial plan development, periodic plan reviews, maintenance of plans in the system of record, and coordination of applicable testing. Educate Care Center stakeholders as needed to ensure ability to successfully execute on Business Continuity plans and remain in compliance with Truist and Care Center policies and procedures. Coordinate Business Impact Analysis and other related exercises across all Care Center departments. Partner with Business Unit Risk Manager (BURM) and Care Center Managers to support process owner and leader accountability for identifying, assessing, controlling, mitigating, and communicating risks associated with business processes and decisions. Ensure Care Center guidelines are reviewed and updated annually, as applicable. Complete monthly risk related reporting, as required. Partner with Site Leaders to ensure Emergency Response Plans are maintained for each location. Act as Record Coordinator for Care Center, ensuring adherence to the Enterprise Records Governance Program. Provide risk mitigation and/or regulatory input and support as needed, including knowledge of Care Center controls. Proactively identify opportunities for risk mitigation and work with partners both within and outside Care Center as needed to develop reporting and tools for Care Center Managers to mitigate risk. Provide strategic input and thought leadership to Care Center Managers regarding business continuity planning and risk mitigation. May include direct or indirect management of analysts to support efforts.
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a relevant field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in Contact Center or Retail Banking OR business continuity/risk management Ability to influence without authority; excellent written and communication skills.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
4. Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.
5. Possess analytical skills with an eye for detail
Preferred Qualifications:
7. 5+ years Contact Center experience.
8. 5+ years business continuity or risk management experience.
9. Familiarity with the departments, functions, processes and responsibilities being supported.
10. Experience in Financial Services industry.
11. Experience working with Archer system.
