SYNERGY HomeCare offers this to our Care Associate Leads:


  • Competitive pay: Targeting a starting pay of $15-$16 per hour, with growth potential, PLUS BONUSES


  • Part time or Full time - You decide based on your schedule

  • Mileage reimbursement (YES, we'll help pay for gas and mileage as appropriate)

  • Paid training, including specific topics to encourage career growth, hands on training, and teaming with other caregivers

Providing Care with SYNERGY HomeCare as a Care Associate Lead, you will:


  • Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship and social engagement


  • Provide personal care to clients as needed

  • Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual

  • Have experience, such as in an Assisted Living Facility, Nursing Home, Home Health, In-Home Care, or similar experience
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar credential and/or relatable experience preferred but not required

  • Be an example of positive, timely, clear communication to help contribute towards our positive team culture
