Job Description

You will be performing various resident care activities to care for the personal needs of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. As a CBRF Caregiver, you will promote physical and emotional well-being, prolonging daily functioning, and maintaining a sense of purpose, satisfaction, and quality of life.

Our Community Based Caregivers are:

• Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous

• People-oriented -- enjoy interacting with people and serving seniors

• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, incontinent care, vital signs, and weight checks.

• Completing resident’s personal laundry

• Assisting residents during meal-time

• Providing activities as planned and directed

• Responding to call lights and emergencies quickly

• Administering medications to residents

Qualifications:

• Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) Certification

What we offer:

• Part time position working 16-34 hours per week with set 8 hour shifts

• Full time positions working 35-40 hours per week with set 8 hour shifts

• $15.00 - $17.00/hour starting pay depending on experience, plus overtime available

• No waiting period for benefits - start 1st of month following date of hire
