Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living
- Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers
- Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
- Help Clients with all personal care needs
- Help keep Clients’ environment clean and organized
- Remind Client to take self-administered medications
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Must have a valid California State Home Care Aide certification and a minimum of 5 years paid caregiving experience
- Due to a state mandate, all Care Companions are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 to provide care to Clients in California.
- Must have current TB
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Available, reliable transportation

COVID-19 considerations:
We ensure that all Care Companions have supplies, such as masks, to wear at every shift and we pay for flu shots if you need one.
