Job Responsibilities:

As a caregiver at Crown Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.

Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.

Assisting with meal preparation and monitoring dietary needs.

Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Documenting resident observations, activities, and any changes in their condition.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.

Demonstrated knowledge of personal care procedures and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy and understanding towards the needs of seniors.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
