Here at Home Matters Caregiving, we are a unique company that is changing the way home care is designed and delivered. We use a care team delivery model and are a nurse-led company. We hire only the best and pay more per hour based on client acuity, all with a focus on supporting our caregivers to provide great care for our clients. We believe our caregivers are the future of our company and that is why we invest in each individual team member with daily support, interest-based training and career development.
Our more typical clients require assistance with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication assistance, and companionship. We also are a care resource for those with dementia and their families.
We have immediate open shifts for:

• Hourly 6, 8,12 & 24 hour shifts days/nights/weekends/holidays
• Live in and Community Shifts
• Schedules of 24-40+ hours a week

We are looking for compassionate, committed and professional CNA's and Caregivers with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with us.
Do you have:

• Caregiving experience?
• A flexible schedule?
• The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly?
• Ability to pass a background check?
• Reliable transportation?
• Compassion for seniors?
• A vaccination from Covid-19? Not required but preferred
• A desire to help every client have an awesome day
