Waddell Area - Monday to Friday Day or Evening shift- $18 per hour

We are looking for experienced Home Health CNAs or Caregivers for Waddell, Monday to Friday. Must be willing to do bath visits and light housekeeping.
Job Duties:
- Personal Care Assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Transferring and Ambulation Assistance
- Light Housekeeping
- Grocery Shopping and Meal Preparation
- Companionship/Supervision
- Transportation to doctor appointments and errands
- Habilitation Goals and Objectives (may require community outings)
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months home care experience required
- Reliable - Personal transportation
- Valid AZ driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration
- Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card*
- CPR and First Aid Certification*
- Pass background check
- Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening (performed on 1st day of employment)
- Article 9 (DDD only)
- Physician's statement of fitness for duty
