We're looking for a Crew Leader to oversee and manage the daily operations of our team. The Crew Leader is responsible for employee safety and performance and sets goals for the crew. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to quality, has a background in food prep as well as an understanding of customer service, and is capable of making quick decisions. A successful candidate will oversee all kitchen activities, work closely with management to ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in solving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and compile data.
• Plan projects.
• Coordinate work activities.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Direct and monitor the progress of small construction crews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
