At Thomas Allen's Case Management Division, we are looking for a compassionate Case Aide to join our team in West Saint Paul. We need someone who can juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Case Aide, you will work alongside our Developmental Disability Case Managers to provide essential administrative support that does not involve direct contact with individuals served. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week during daytime hours, with flexible scheduling, and a wage of $16.84 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with case managers to compile information for billing reports
  • Perform data entry and distribute reports as needed
  • Maintain and distribute client and client coverage lists for the division
  • Complete administrative duties such as filing, faxing, paperwork, and file preparation, mail-outs, etc.
  • Help case managers obtain necessary forms and information from providers
  • Stay updated on industry changes, DHS changes, and contractual requirements
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of post-secondary education OR administrative assistant, office/clerical work experience, case aide or closely related experience
  • Experience in the Human Services field preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to carry/lift 20 pounds
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and excellent attention to detail
  • Background clearance
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
