• Successfully graduated from an approved and certified RN/LVN program
• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN/LVN in the state
• Ability to make quick judgements and work independently
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care and Geratrics.

• 1 year experience as an RN/LVN
• Case Management 1 year (preferred)
